Common checkpoints for quality checkings are – fabric checking, fabric testing, cut panel checking, Next, assess how much data factory must capture and parameters for data capturing. Quality control awareness: Through workshop and internal training program you need to increase quality awareness among all employees and management. Training of quality checker and inspector: Time to time train quality control team. Training can be provided need basis. Standard operating procedure: the Best way to achieve the desired product quality and helping checkers Check sheet: provide each quality checker and inspector pre-designed format to capture inspection data and making inspection report. Documentation: Keep all quality checking data and reports documented. Further, you can do data analysis using the computer. A quality manual can be developed for internal quality control team. Standardization: The method and procedure followed in the garment factory need to standardized. SOPs need to standardized and if needed you can modify or update SOPs based on product type, buyers requirement. Other than product quality and material quality checking, you can also include working condition and documentation system in your QMS. 1 Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Leave an answerLeave an answerCancel reply Attachment Select file Browse Featured image Select file Browse Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
